Thank you for your interest in our custom-made bar mats and t-shirts! Because all of our products are created specifically according to your designs, all sales are final.

Since these items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges unless there is an error on our part. This includes:

• Incorrect personalization or typos made during the ordering process by us.
• Mistakes in the design printed on the final product that differs from your approved design.
• Damaged products during shipping (exceptions can be made and use our contact form to describe the damaged product) 

Please note: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection (double-check our size charts before ordering).
• Minor variations in color or shading between the product image on your screen and the final printed product.

• We highly recommend carefully reviewing your design and order details before submitting them.
• Utilize our design preview tool (if available) to get a visual representation of your final product.
